Listening to Your VoiceMail Messages

If you hear a fast dial tone pulse in the phone’s handset, you have new VoiceMail messages. To listen to your VoiceMail messages, follow these steps:

1. Dial 123# to connect to the VoiceMail system.

2. Press 1 to listen to your messages.

3. Follow the spoken instructions to listen to, save, and/or delete your messages.

Listening to Your Messages on Shore

You still have access to your VoiceMail messages when you disembark the vessel. Choose one of the following options:

• Use a computer: Go to your voice account web page (see Accessing Your Voice Account). Then click the VoiceMail button.

• Use a regular landline telephone: Dial the number for your vessel phone line (Line 1), press *, then enter your PIN (provided during service activation).
