Service Activation

Before you can start using the KVH antenna system, you need to activate it for airtime service. To activate, fill out and submit the appropriate form(s) available from your KVH dealer or sales rep. (Authorized dealers can find the forms at the KVH Partner Portal.)

Note: You will need to enter the antenna and BDU serial numbers on the form. You can find these numbers on the Support page of the system's web interface.

Once KVH processes the form(s), activates your account, and registers your product, you will receive an email with the details of your new service, including your vessel’s phone number(s).
