Factory Reset

If you are no longer able to access the web interface and suspect an issue with the network configuration, you can reset all of the network settings to their original factory settings. A factory reset will also clear all saved passwords, allowing you to create new passwords at the Setup Wizard.

IMPORTANT! After a factory reset, you will need to run through the Setup Wizard to reconfigure the system and reapply user passwords.

To reset the system to factory defaults, use a paper clip or pencil to press and hold the Reset button on the rear panel of the BDU. Hold the button for at least 10 seconds, until all three status lights flash green and orange.

As an alternative, you can also reset the system at the front panel touchscreen. Go to the Config page (9) and tap the Factory Reset button. Then tap Continue at the confirmation pop-up.
