You can disable your programmed no-transmit zones to temporarily remove all restrictions on transmissions. This function permits the antenna to ignore the zones; it does not delete them from the system’s memory.
|
Disabling no-transmit zones allows the antenna to transmit in any direction, even if the antenna is pointing in an area accessible to passengers and crew. Make sure everyone stays the minimum safe distance away from the antenna while it is in use (see RF Radiation Hazard Area). |
To disable the no-transmit zones, follow these steps:
At the TracPhone V11 web interface, click the Settings tab. Then click No-Transmit Zones.
Click Edit.
If the Login window appears, log in with the Administrator password.
In No-Transmit Zone Ranges, click Ignore Zones.
Click Save Settings.
At the confirmation message, click Ignore Zones.
